WHY DID TJ BUILD THIS COURSE
The short answer, I enjoy passing on martial arts knowledge. I have been a teacher almost as long as I’ve been a student. Being able to help others achieve their personal goals through mastery of fitness and martial arts is definitely something I’m passionate about as well. I am constantly learning as a student and have honed the lessons my coaches have given me into my own system.
I’m excited to offer you this exclusive, up close and personal video series aimed at teaching you mental, physical, and technical skills that you can use to master your own fitness and life goals. In my course, you’ll learn Boxing, Muay Thai, Grappling, and Jiu-Jitsu; all taught with an MMA focus.
